Beacon Engineering Resources, a national provider of engineering consultants, is seeking Technical Recruiters and an Inside Sales Representative to be located in our downtown Topsfield building. The Beacon team is comprised of energetic, ambitious professionals who have enjoyed exponential growth over the last decade.
- The Technical Recruiter is both a hunter and match-maker. One who is resourceful, detail oriented and has exceptional organizational skills. They are also responsible for phone/email marketing, talent pool development, customer support, and, ultimately, the placement of high-caliber engineering consultants.
- The Inside Sales Representative is polished, self-driven and is interested in working in a highly successful staffing firm that supports a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will thrive in an outbound, inside sales environment and enjoy calling on both existing and potential new clients and present the benefits of Beacon’s technical recruiting services.

Exceptional computer skills required- MS Outlook, Word and Excel and Internet research.
